Package Instruction:

In terms of packaging, we use international export carton packaging,

which will use thicker shockproof Styrofoam packaging to fix the glass plate,

and can also be packaged according to your requirements.

On the outside of the carton, we will mark a "fragile" label for maximum protection of the product.

Make sure you receive the goods in good condition.

Glass & Ceramic Tableware Manufacturing Process

At our factory, we adopt a complete and standardized production process to ensure every ceramic and glass plate, bowl and tableware product is stable in quality, exquisite in appearance and safe for daily use.

1. Raw Material Selection

We select high-quality ceramic clay, 

glaze materials and food-grade glass raw materials that meet international safety standards. 

All materials are strictly tested to ensure non-toxic, lead-free and cadmium-free.

2. Forming Process

Ceramic products are formed through high-pressure grouting, mechanical pressing or manual throwing. 

Glass products are produced through high-temperature melting, pressing and blowing to achieve precise shape and thickness.

3. Drying & Trimming

Semi-finished products are naturally or mechanically dried to remove moisture.

 Our workers trim and polish each piece to ensure smooth edges and uniform texture.

4. Glazing & Decoration

We apply high-quality glaze and carry out decal printing, hand painting or gold/silver rim decoration according to different designs, including simple, light luxury, festival and wedding series.

5. High-Temperature Firing

Products go through high-temperature kiln firing at a controlled temperature, making the ceramic dense and durable, and the glass bright and stable.

6. Quality Inspection

Each product undergoes strict inspection, including size, shape, glaze finish, color, edge smoothness and safety performance. Only qualified products enter the packaging process.

7. Packaging & Shipment

After careful packaging, our tableware is ready for shipment to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide, ensuring safe delivery and reliable service for global customers.
